I saw this in the 80s when wrestlers from the NWA, AWA etc had their past achievements and title reigns not acknowledged...like Harley Race. Was it because when he pulled the WWF out of the NWA, went to Bill Apter and demanded the WWF title still be recognized as a "world title" Apter laughed in his face? The "Trust" was the reason why the WWWF/WWF title was a "world belt" and not a regional championship.

I watched it too then watched Warrior in some interviews. I never heard the guy talk other than his wrestling promos and he sounded like a normal guy.
