@frankk323 An even better question is why did they remove all but one? I just saw CLassic 15-140 while I was walking home. Bu it really comes down to politics. Why do you think the STM has ordered thousands of low floors and huindreds just in the last 3-4 years? Jobs. Novabus is in St Eustache, ETc etc...
