It was sent to Dawkins and posted on his site with the knowledge that it was satire. A few people who don't understand irony and a couple of trolls responded to it as though it were a serious article. It's still on his (Dawkins') site, but it now states next to the title "(it's a joke)".
that may have been satire but i've actually seen a program on peple who follow this 'intelligent falling' stuff lol
