  • Fucking love the world cup man. No other sport's tournament come close, no other.

  • Search "Epic World Cup Reaction" by Matthew Bakke for the "Some even put it to music" goal.

  • Haha they got the butt shot in the report.

  • I am from the US and am very proud of the US, I'm glad more people are talking about soccer,,, but now I am going to cheer for Ghana, I really hope they win, and can even make it to the semifinal at least,,, because their country and Africa in general have a lot less to be proud of, we win everything else already,, and Ghana has more raw talent than the US, they just have to organize it on the field. AFRICA!!!! GHANA!!!!

  • USA!

  • I bet 95%+ of these people jumping and down had never seen a soccer game before this.

  • I cannot wait until the World Cup is over. We are losing our uniqueness. Soccer is so....'foreign' if I may. I take pride in the fact that, unlike the rest of the world, we don't become hysteric, flag waving, crying maniacs over a soccer game. Soccer isn't even in our Top 3 sports and I LOVE that about the U.S.. We are not like 'them'. With that said, I'll be rooting for the home team!

  • @dolphin558 I find that sort of funny. We have a lot of our 'own culture' but in addition to that, it's made of many others. Should we then solidify our 'uniqueness' by boycotting sushi or empanadas and curry? Maybe we should forget about hotdogs since we didn't invent them. Honestly, a lot of things Americans hold dear come from other countries and we adopt them as well as things we invent ourselves. I've seen PLENTY of people get emotional about football and hockey (USSR?). There is nothing

  • @dolphin558 WRONG with opening ourselves up and allowing ourselves to see what a beautiful sport 'soccer' or 'football' can be. Part of what makes America so great is that we can allow our culture to also absorb and respect other cultures. 'The beautiful game' can be just as fully American in its principle and emotion as any American wants it to be. And I think we can see that from the emotion from anyone cheering on the U.S. that has come about in the last few days.
