we simply used a nikon digital camera and uploaded the pictures to the computer and edited the clips using windows movie maker added music and some credits and presto you have a video the only hard part is taking ass the pictures :s

I'm aware that I need a higher frame rate, but that's the best that movie maker can do, and I'm not willing to spend a whole wack of money on a program that I won't use again, because this was a one time deal pretty much.

you can use a program called animator dv, (google it for the website) u can specify a specific frame rate, and its easy to use

Movie maker could do so much better.
Besides if the problem was that you couldn't shorten the pictures enough then you took too many pictures!
I made Stop animation and it looks good if you move far enough between frames.

my first 2 lego movies (lego drift, and Fast and furious 1) used movie maker, 3rd movie (fast and furious 2) used animatordv, and i liked the program, its fairly easy to use and it good
