  • my i use some footage for a memorial video for dawn brancheau? i'll credit you for it

  • @victorious101able yes!! (no need to credit me)

  • You know there is risk in every thing we do. they Orcas at Sea World would have a poor chance at survival in the wild. I am sure the interaction with the trainers is important for both the people and the captive Orcas. When people go to the circus there are often acts without a net these people could die as well. look at driving flying the list goes on. While anyone getting killed or injured is a tragedy it can and does happen. I am sure the number of deaths to number of shows is quite low (cont

  • @Naterz100 (cont part 2) The interaction with the social Orca and the trainers is an important part the day for the captive Orcas. Therefore should be brought back. On the captivity issue Sea World spends a lot of time studying these animals , they do a lot to help preserve them in the wild. So these captive animals bring in needed money to contimue the study. in exchange for their freedom they get as much care as we can provide while the money goes to preserve wild orca populations.

  • Awesome video :) think it has actually convinced me to cross the pond and go stateside.

  • wonderful to see such beautiful whales, so upsetting to see them enclosed like this { i cried

    ] they should be free!

  • I think shamu can breach almost higher then great whites do when they eat o.o

  • every has their initial opinion of how amazing these shows are, and c'mon, these whales ARE amazing, but a really good refresher is easy to find - i looked up the Wikipedia article on captive orcas and it has a lot of information about why captivity is bad for them. just take a lazy evening and read it some time. wikipedia isnt the best source of knowledge out there, i know, but the article was a real ey opener for me.

  • :) I think it's a great trick if we imagine that we, the human race has a monopoly of intelligence!

  • fascinating, I never imagined such a thing!

  • Everyone quit it with the "this is horrible" and "set them free" because yes, captivity is bad for animals that belong in the ocean but most of these whales were raised from birth here or when they were very young. And if you set them free they would have a very low chance of survival because they are given so much and aren't used to other living conditions.

  • NOT SAFE!!! the kid has no life vest on!!!

  • i got ,my jeans ruined by shamu!!

  • i was there with my cousin and aunt and whole family if you look when the video first comes on over to the left at the very bottom is where i sat with my cousin and we got sooo wet and the water ruined his cell phone xD(i was laughing at him the whole time) my family did the smart thing and sat right where the water wouldn't hit them but we had fun. i had the best time at seaworld.

  • what happened to her dorsal fin and shes amazing

  • @nooloo3000 that happens to captive Orcas. We are not sure why.

  • @nooloo3000 marine park orca's dorsal fins are often "collapsed", which basically means it doesn't stand straight. there're many theories on the internet, some believe it's due to chemicals or lack of space. whichever theory, however, it is shown that fin collapsing is very common in captivity, while there's less than 1% of dorsal fin collapse in the wild.

  • How do you get the videos so good? i cant even record like that lol

  • @Nicoyadistroya Thanks for watching! It takes me about a week to work on each of my videos.

  • Wonderful! Very nice!

  • im a future whale trainer

  • Did you know that the only reason that one orca killed her is her hair looked like a freaking fish to him or her! It is a fact they are not suposed to have their hair that way! but nooooo you filp off abn orca and make food look like your hair and hair loook like its food ! Person you kill yourself doing that! I know I did a report on it

  • Great video. Looks like an amazing show.

  • If I were on the ocean in a plastic little kayak like that kid in the film and a giant whale suddenly jumped out of the water, I'd be freaking out big time, not sitting there grinning.

  • @KnightOwl2006

its acting none of its real

  • @AGDollFans1 so that trainer standing on the nose of the whale and getting shot into the air really didn't happen?

  • Why do people sit in the wet zone if your gonna wear ponchos? wtf just go sit in the back lol

  • i member when i should up on the big screen i was so happyyy

  • Orcas are half mammals and half fish jeez

  • I wish they would have kept the show believe with the trainers....bc they are gonna never be able to get in the water again bc the orca's are not gonna be used to getting in the water with people.. but i will still love seaworld forever and i will work as a shamu trainer there when i get older i love u!!!

  • Whales do NOT want to be doing that all day. they have to work for they're food and they live in the same tank all they're lives. imagine not being able to leave your house for your whole life. Animals like these are only supposed to be in the wild. captivity is HORRIBLE, especially when the animals are caught and put into these tanks, but when they are born and raised in captivity, it isn't AS bad. some places have a ban on capturing animals and just rely on reproduction, which is better.

  • i felt sorry for these fish. its nice very entertaining i like it. it human world even you are animal you need to work to survive.

  • @GerryCoates not to be rude but whales are mammals.

  • @GerryCoates u make no sense

  • @twilighter6317 Maybe captive born ones could not be released but at the same time its never been done u cant say for certain! There are ways it could be done by reintroducing them bk into the wild at the end of the day alot of them came from there and their wild instincs will still be there, dogs and cats are domestic animals..its not the same thing haha

  • 4:11 he say: TRIES TO KILL ME!!! as Tilikum killed his trainer!

  • at 12:45 the bird flew down when it saw the fish that she was feeding the whale lol

  • @changelingssiren Its not a bigger tank they need..they need 2 be free!! AWFUL AND DISGUSTING these poor animals made 2 do tricks to entertain and educate .. alll for money, There are many different ways to do this other than capture these animals which belong in the wild!!

  • @drunknfairy1

Well it's not like they can just release the animals they have INTO the wild! Animals in captivity cannot survive in the wild, as they have been rasied with humans doing and supplying everything for them. By saying they should release orcas, dolphins, and other captive animals, you're also saying that people with house pets (such as dogs, cats, or even goldfish) should release their animals into the wild, since they are indeed WILD ANIMALS.

  • Powerful experience - thx
