  • Noo, Jeff, they have a moment here, and in their videos of Here's To the Losers, Put Your Arms Around Me Honey, Royal Garden Blues, and You've Got A Friend. Swear there's some bromance going on...

  • I think Timmy suits the beard xD And has there ever been a moment where Tony and Jeff haven't had a... Moment?

  • @Jackman24601 Jeff??? Did you mean Joe?

  • wonderful

  • Nicki aint got a bass like that

  • actually Tim is from Vocal Spectrum (tenor) 2006 , and Joe (lead) has 3 golds from Interstate rivals 1982 , Keepsake 1992, and Platinum 2000. Jeff has 3 and sag with rapscallions (bass) 1984, Acoustix 1990, and Max -Q 2007. Tony sag bari and has 3 with keepsake 1992, Platinum 2000, and Max-Q 2007.

  • where can i get this arrangement?!

  • @sephiroth3782 Ahh, my bad. Couldn't really tell because I wasn't paying much attention to the video.

  • @marvin722 I'm pretty sure this is Max Q...

  • @DaKilla27

This is the Westminster Fantasy Quartet =) not Max Q

It's a quartet made up of the best of the best on each part, a 'fantasy' quartet.

But Tony and Jeff both feature here, and they are both in Max Q

  • @DaKilla27 Jeff and Tony are from Max Q, Joe is from Keepsake, Platinum, Jokers Wild, etc. Don't know the other one, though...nightlife maybe?

  • @Pianogod2 Joe is from Interstate Rivals, not Joker's Wild. And Tim Waurick is from Vocal Spectrum.

  • @supersingerevan LoL I knew that. I do not know why I put Joker's Wild. I have been out of the barbershop scene for several years now... about 7 years to be exact . Thank you for the correction.

  • WHAT OVERTONES!!!

  • Just listening to the tag I can't help but think: "God! Joe Connelly still kicks so much ass"

  • The Lead is often too loud, and drowns out the tenor. But overall, very good of course!

  • Tim warick should of full voice the last note :)

  • @markiscool07 "should have"

  • BEST QUARTET EVER!

  • 2:28-2:30

loudest overtone i think I've ever heard from a youtube video... ridiculous

  • @Sbock3 Watch Old School sing Darkness on the Delta, the dog-whistle overtone is

    insane.

  • does anyone have a good place to get sheet music for this song?

  • I think that Jeff Oxley should get his butt back with Max Q and repost the video they had up.

  • Sorry to be uninformed, but what video, and did Jeff leave Max Q?

  • No... well... he might've, but I hope not. Well... Max Q did this song at a competition with a different score... a much better score, and since it was at a competition the sound quality of the recording was flawless, and they removed the video.

  • I noticed there wasn't too many 7ths. I was wondering, is this ok for contest?

  • or some arrangement that's similar?

  • @IveBenCrazy No, you would get docked pretty heavily for this song.

  • this tag is one of my all time favourites =')

  • what quartet was the guy on the far right in before max Q?????

  • Keepsake and Platinum :).

  • His name is Tony DeRosa and he sang baritone for the 1992 champs Keepsake.

  • Joe is so LOUD!!! It's fantastic. I've decided he could out-loud a jumbo jet.

  • Can someone reply to me the link of max Q singing this? and I am sure vocal spectrum did it aswell didnt they?

  • Damn i love that tag. that was tight. idk what version I like better this one or the one Max Q performed.

  • anyone know who arranged this version?

  • It sounds like variant of the arrangement we sang in the Big Apple Chorus, which I believe is by Roger Payne. There's a whole West Side Story medley that this is part of.

  • I would kill to have jeff oxley's low registers!!

  • HAHAHA! I love 1:11-1:26, especially 1:26. It just shows that you can have a little fun singing barbershop. Tony didn't seem to want to share Jeff...after all, they were together in Max Q, so nobody else can have him, lol.

  • yes but de'rossa and connelly were together in platinum and well I guess that what makes tim the odd one out who hasnt worked with any of them but they are all are great and work together just as well

  • Well, Joe and Tony were in both Keepsake and Platinum together so Joe should be the jealous one. :-)

  • great song. my quartet is trying this song

  • Tim Waurick is my hero...yup...

  • I don't really like joe connelly in this quartet :P. His vibrato doesn't line up very well in my opinion.. the tag still sounds amazing though.

  • Jeff Oxley is a God, 'nuff said.

  • wow that bass.

it's chewy, chocolatey, and will make you fatter in the morning.

  • 1:03

  • "Thats Delicious Bass"

  • what a bass.

  • absolutly fantastic, you've got my subscription

  • what a bass.

  • the four powerful quartet....
