It works with lower then 90+ defence, but 90 range should be the minimum of soloing, but you can still try if you're not even 90 range.

Hey, my computer was gone for a while so i was not able to respond to any messages. First off, At the time summoning was considered a meager skill and so I did not take the time to look into using a terrorbird. However effective it may be, it only serves one purpose of the purple sweets, which is the energy. 80 sweets used per trip is between 160-320 extra health. If used in conjunction with a terrorbird, you have a near unlimited food source with lots of run. Plus the bird holds foods/pots.

That's true, but your summoning points go down..unless you brought a summoning pot or two. Not to mention you'd need an extra pouch or two which would take up precious potion space :P.

What? Summoning at the door to store your items would just be wasting your time to pull your items back out of the familiar to heal/restore. Last time I checked, having 12 less items in your inventory isn't common sense.

Well...on the topic of common sense, you summon a terrorbird before you tele to go to Gwd...and in the terrorbird you put run scrolls (stakable), another terrorbird for when the time runs out so you DON'T NEED SUMMONING POTIONS, plus you don't lose your precious space because you can bring 10 EXTRA POTS by storing them in the terrorbird...So you can bring more supplies and spend less money.

You dont need summoning points to use a special ability on any familiar. You wouldnt take up any space because terror bird holds 12 items. Learn what you are talking about before you say something.

you cant bring summoned familiars thru the door but u can summon them when you are in her room, so terrorbird should be awesome for energy restoration. the bad thing is that you stop when doing the scroll formula.

You dont actually "stop". What happens is there is no scroll animation for you running while casting. So really your moving, but you cant see it, and then run really fast to catch up. The same thing used to be with alching and running until they changed the animation.

As for brining familars in, a good trick is to bring an extra pouch, and drop all the holded items on the bottom floor, and make a 2nd familar, then fill the new one up. You keep the extra spots that way. If that makes sense.

If you use a TerrorBird Summon it helps there alot! No need for sweets. The Scrolls are stackable and heal 1/2 your agility level in run energy. Plus it can hold 4 additional spots! Makes this method even easier.

I've tried it out, and it costs me 80 purple sweets per trip, that's 100k, so I don't think it's worth it. Nice vid btw. It's the easiest way, but not the cheapest.
