We're medics; perhaps you, as an infantryman, would like to inform your line medics that you have such low opinions of them and their abilities in combat? The infantry may get all the glory, but the infantry doesn't go anywhere for long without support. Especially not without the medics. Remember, one team, one fight.

Both are special operations units that are made up of various different MOS. So yes a Ranger and and Seal can be an Artillerist, they can be Infantrymen, Medics, and oh yeah we even have Truck drivers. The difference between a normal grunt and a special operations unit specialist is the amount of training that they go through.
