no, i think the people they market to really are. some of their much earlier commercials were all about using sustainable energy to create the product and how they were healthier. of course there are people who just buy them because they like the way they taste, but if they throw the bag on the ground when they're done, they would have done the same with a doritos bag.

as a side note, my mum bought a pack the other day. now we've finished them, she doesn't know what to do with the bag.

Keep in mind, even on the website they admit it will only compost in hot and active compost pile. So don't throw it into the garbage (nothing composts in a landfill - nothing) and do not bury it in the ground! Nothing will happen in that case. It must be a compost pile!

dude, when you throw a normal bag of chips or a can or anything into the street, that item you threw is going to eventually end up in a lake or ocean or beach. the minerals in the bag or can or whatever disintegrate into the water, leading to pollution, thats why 80 % of the water we drink can be poisonus if you dont filter it, because there are metals and mercury from cans in the water.
