Um im having trouble getting the audio panel i can find soundblaster in my files to install ive looked at the support on the website but its not there i have downloaded the pack for windows can you help?
I have own wow headset now for a few month and I am having troubble that they shut them selves of after a time of use. This time is all from 5 min to an hour or so, but they will shut down no mather what. I was thinking at first maby I had some troubble with my USB ports, but I have now tested on several computers and the troubble remains. This is for me really sad because I find the headset to be really great when they work. Just amasing sound quality! So how to fix this? Please help!
@yokymusha did you figure the problem out?? cuz im having the same problem and its really starting to piss me off doing arenas then the damn headset will shut and wont turn on for 3secs-10mins
@Dahik420 No I did not. And now the headset have broken in one of the sides. I had to have them strech full out to be comfortable to use. It amaze me that they use so cheep and hard plastic. I will at this point not recomend WOW Headset to ANY ONE! I feel so ripped of. This is quite exspensive headset.

Yes... I broke one of the headset slider thing where you can adjust it for how big your head is.. and I cant get one of the interchangeable horde/alliance plates on.. it falls off or just wont click in at all... the only good thing about that headset is the voice changing program... other than that its complete trash
I'm still not sure how to get the built in voices to work on vent.,my real voice is nice and clear. I also don't know why this little white paper that came with them is given me a Cancer (California) waring, was the Head set made with something dangerous?

Multiple drivers are a gimmick? Yet "Crystallizer" is not? I say leave the marketing LIES on the box, but dont go actively making videos and spreading misinformation. Its not nice.
Crystallizer does not restore anything. It boosts certain frequencies, making them louder. Louder = perception of "better". Preying on the simple mind.
I have been unable to get my headset to work. I didn't have any problems till I tried to get the WOW interface to work. I already owned a Sound Blaster X-Fi. When I first got it worked great wit hthe old interface for my Sound Blaster X-Fi. As soon as I tried to get the new WOW interface to work I lost all my sound. I am able to get a regular headset to work but the wireless headset still dosn't work. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Email is rrharris@ec.rr.com , any help would be apreciated.
hey great video im a pretty serious gamer and this video made me buy this headset thanks but one question (probably the only one you didnt answer) does this headset work for xbox live?

@mauserdemauser No, the features and functionality of the headset are the same for the wired and wireless set. The only difference is simply wireless & wired. The wireless have a fantastic range though- you can travel about 30 feet and the signal will still sound crisp and clear (that's even if you are in other rooms). The pros of the wired ones are that you never have to remember to charge. Wireless still operates while being plugged in though, so the wireless can also double as a wired -Tawnee
Hey quick question, will these work on the PS3? The wireless version that is? I dont mean all the fancy stuff like the software / different lights ect. Just wondering because I'd love a pair of these for my PC and also have the option to pop them on the PS3.
