Its an Xbox game actually. Its sorta like Megaman EXE meets Final Fantasy Tactics meets The Matrix.

Three girls enter cyberspace (which turns them into catgirl forms while in there) to fight viruses in a strategy-rpg game similar to disgaea.

You might be able to find it on ebay, but places specially designed to sell import games would be a better bet.

Don't forget, this game was released in Japan only, so you'll need either a Japanese or modified Xbox to play it.
