@superwhiz88 Yeah but they're freaking amazing in flavor. I don't hate them... I've eaten it a few times when I went up to some north eastern states for weddings and such in my family. Freakin great. Better than any crappie, bass, or catfish I've ever had. I seriously think we should be growing these and selling them for meat. It was a magical meal.

Don't like bass.

And not all lakes carry an abundance of crappie.

@psychoninja911 .. when you catch catfish make sure to purge it .. by use clean water to swim in it for a week or so.. then the mud taste will be gone.. or just eat the smaller one toss the big one back..
