Hmm well there's quite a few differences.

The main one, i guess, is that southerners pronounce a long 'a in words like 'bath' and 'grass' i.e barth and grarse, whereas northerners pronounce the words as they are spelt.

Take the 'i know the law you bastards' scene. A cockney would've said ' i knarr the facin lar yew barrstids'
