You make it look harder then it is. try this hold the shakel in then try to slip the hook in but not to far as it gos in the hook should slide at a angel and then just release the shackel and thare we b.
actuley thay no oof it master lock dezind that lock and made it so you could open it with a spechal tool. Thay did not figer that someone would figer that out. I no in my naberhood a lot of people use to use that lock till i told every mody i saw hade one on thare shed.
