From the song it looks like the guy went on an airforce mission and died but thats not the case. its a very different story and a very touching one.

u know it was the drama QURATUL-AIN written by Ashfaq Ahmed..the guy was very ambitious air force cadet, then he lose his eye sight..completely..without telling girl he leave city and then after few years girl gets married and with her husband she visits a Darbar and there on the gate she finds the guy there...its was fantastic and my fav darama.. that y i still remember the story

The drama was part of Ashfaq Ahmed's Aik Muhabbat Sau Afsanay series and was titled Quratulain. It was the first play that was aired from that series. A real heart breaking story. Excellent song to compliment it.
