Luca Turilli is the creator of this music and he also creates the music for the band Rhapsody of Fire, it's the neoclassical genre of music or more identifiable as Power metal, and imo Luca Turilli is some of the best music out there if you want to sample more just type in Luca Turrili on the youtube search, other great similar bands include Sonata Arctica and Nightwish

I apologize for my misconception about the solo that starts at 20:00. Half of the solo is guitar, the other half is keyboard. Luca and the keyboard payer switch back and forth. Mr. Rodriguez here, proves the authenticity of his solo by doing both parts on guitar.
