If weapons are legal to every citizen of a country, about several billion populace I guess, chances are you'll have almost every single crime reported in the news ended up in someone getting shot and killed. A billion people having guns is too damn many, not even the police an army nor the mafia or gangs will amount to anything if you can just call up your ma to come over to help out in a gun fight. It'll introduce anarchy; however, they should make carrying tazers, rapid fire stun guns legal.
