Scouts a pretty well rounded hero. Yes he can farm like a beast, and yes after he gets that runed axe he can literally farm as long as he wants in the forest cause he can just go invisible. But...it's implanted into people's heads to target scout when he's in a team fight because he's the fight changer, and the most annoying hero.

Fyi for those who think scout is completely useless for the whole team during early and mid game his electirc eye save us 100 for each ward ahah plus if a scout can time his silence perfectly in team fights theres no need for a vindicator =] other then that if you cant play scout dont bloody pick him. and if you play scout in em only and attempt to scout in ap i suggest you think twice
