i used to like blink192 and how slow and how you could understand what he was sayin musica like this i couldnt hear what they where sayin now i can and now i like it not just cuz it sounds cool witch it dose but the fact that the lyrics make sense and arnt a bunch of -20 something make up wearin pops stars and there take it easy so they dont lose ther voice and disappoint there fans-( nofx'es words not mine-

I have nothing to prove to the young scrubs who idolize the casualties and the unseen because I know good punk but I also know good "pop punk" which is what I consider Blink 182 to be.

@EseTrese - I prefer oi, 77 and uk82 over LA hardcore personally.. Hard to top bands like Stiff Little Fingers, The Lurkers, ejected, condemned 84, slaughter and the dogs, the business etc.. That's just my personal preference.. Now a days a lot of the punk I used to listen to as a teen I cannot stand with the exception of a few select bands. I still think Oxymoron is one of the best punk bands I've ever been into although they're not really "old school"
