Indoor > outdoor for potency, always.

Just get a desk lamp and grow a plant. You don't need much if it's for personal use, and you'll get all the potency.

Just remember to give it the right amount of nutes, water, and light cycles (also putting tin-foil around the area you're growing).

Some of you guys just go over the top! No wonder porkies are catching growers. Keep it incognito.

Also, Scrog grows take longer but rock as you use less lights.
