@sujoms I would only differ in that 'Homo' is a made-up genus to placate the religious nutters of Darwin's day. According to Jared Diamond in "The Third Chimpanzee" we belong to their genus 'Pan' along with chimps and bonobos, who are more closely related to us than they are to gorillas and other apes. I would also change our specific name to something more appropriate, so we end up with the far more accurate name of Pan bellicosus.

This number of days is just a superstition, with no logical basis, same as number 7 is a number of times a moslem has to wash his clothes if a dog touches them with his nose. @gulfland Ok, ok, I agree, thinking is absolutely wrong. If someone tells it is 40 days, I should blindly believe it is truth, even if I see that the human is live even before that. If someone tells one should enter toilet only with the right foot and use odd number of stones (preferably 3) to clean oneself - I should also just believe this without thinking. If someone says to wash clothes exactly 7 times without soap - I should just follow this as some magic.

Look at the HUGE progressions the scientists of the Islamic Empire made so many years ago, that are the basis of what we do now. Science faculties usually make us take statistic courses no?
