  • It's not what you know it's what you can prove. Blame the prosecution for putting up a shoddy case.

  • you should see OJ now--fat as a pig

  • i thought nicole was almost beheaded

  • Now that OJ is probably going to die in prison, where are those black supporters that stood behind him during this trial?

  • WHO CARES !!!!!!! IF HE GUILTY OR NOT

  • @inchhigh187 I imagine the families of the victims still care, even after the rest of the world stopped.

  • Thank you for posting the OJ Simpson Case videos!

  • This all i'm thinking...

Quote from uncle Rockus from Boondocks: Guilty that Nigga is guilty. hang him!! I got that rope right here.

  • The jury ignored so much physical and circumstancial evidence...those idiots would have probably let Hitler off also !!!!

  • Oj did it. Listen to Vince Bugliosi's case disseminated over an hour and a half in ten parts on YouTube.

  • @Tsnore Bugliosi is damn good. Just look at the Manson trial.

  • @Tsnore You don´t have to be a professor to find him guilty .... But when you´re famous you can do what you want .... Burn in hell rejected shitty O J !

  • it is SO obvious the "evidence" was planted!

  • this is stupid propaganda crap!

  • OJ uuuh!!

  • "Controversial decision"? Only for the ignorant or the illiterate. The evidence was almost as overwhelming as the monstrosity of the lies and so called theory from the defense. He's now unarguably guilty beyond any reasonable doubt to ANYBODY who READ Simpson's voluntary written confession in "If I did It".

  • @rogerrodd He's now unarguably guilty beyond any reasonable doubt to ANYBODY who READ Simpson's voluntary written confession in "If I did It".

Yes, but that wasn't available at the time. You have to prove that someone is guilty 'without a doubt', not that they 'probably' did it.

  • @armysniperman80 The mountain of DNA evidence, the blood trail, the suicide note, the Bronco attempt at escape, his behavior throughout the time before his surrender, the impossibility of any police conspiracy or planting of evidence, the testimony of Alan Parks, the sack of lies Simpson told the police, the testimony of Ron Shipp, Nicole's safe deposit box & statements, and a clear attempt of the defense to try everything but the innocence of their client. That was all presented to 12 morons.

  • @rogerrodd True, but nothing that proved without a doubt he did it. Did he probably do it? yes. But in a court of law you must prove that someone did it beyond a resonable doubt.

  • @armysniperman80 Beyond a reasonable doubt was met. A video taping of the crime wouldn't have convinced that jury. The evidence was so staggering with no reasonable cause to dismiss the MOST crucial factors of circumstantial and physical proof, not to mention common sense.

The main culprit was Ito who let Cochrane take over his courtroom. Count the number of identical objections in the prosecution's closing arguments that he continued to overrule but never stop.

  • @rogerrodd Still thats not beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • @armysniperman80 It appears that in your world there would be no need for jails or sentences unless you could find juries of 12 eyewitnesses to the crime. You are in such a staggering legal minority, even some of his "Dream Team" attorneys have admitted they knew that he was guilty.

Thanks for the exchange but I'm done here.

  • @armysniperman80 And that's why the American legal system is so flawed. It should not be that all any defense attorney has to do is suggest this and that. A defense lawyer should have to prove the defendant's innocence just as the prosecution has to prove his guilt. Also, anyone on trial for a serious crime should be legally bound to be put on the stand and answer the hard questions.

  • thanks.

    2 more parts to come.

  • @eddiemurphy12
