Plenty! whoever will have a better life. The health of your spinal disks is extremely importance. If you Wait for symptoms the damage to the disks would have already occurred, and you wont get as good as good as you could have been. upcspine has a list of techniques to look for. Knee chest technique like what Erin Elster uses,is good too.
