@newfighterify Find a Nice Safe Gym To Train in , This way by trying New things there is so much less of a chance of getting hurt. If you do not have a gym i would suggest laying down some mats / Matresses somewhere Soft and try tricks on those , But the main thing is to start out small , dont rush into learning huge tricks and flips. Start with basics and work your way up with them :) It takes time to get past the Fear but once you have mastered it its the greatest feeling! :) BE SAFE !
@SaskatoonParkour what if you live in a small town in mongolia called choibalsan and all the gyms aint got any soft mats? they just have crappy, harder than rock mats!
@ubathegreat Then i would suggest starting out small ! watch tutorials of basics then go outside even on just grass / Sand and try them until you've mastered them ! then you can slowly work your way up to trying flips and whatnot, just make sure to have a spotter around to keep you safe ! We all learnt by training on Grass and a small sand pit :P the gym came later!
@SaskatoonParkour thanks for the tips. btw, nice, clean, mowed grass is rare in choibalsan. But there is lots of dirt and sand, so I guess sand would work great!
@newfighterify Hi, I've been doing parkour for 1 year now, and since i started i have only been better & better :) A good beginner tip: Look up tutorials and alot of parkour videos thats how i learned many vaults and flips ...
or find somebody that you can do parkour with i did that or eventually start in a parkour club near you.
@TeamJiYo1 But the thing is i have this awasome place but everybodys afraid to go there because its creepy (ot's an abonded bulidiung site) and theres alot of things you can train on etc.. I have friends who i could train of but they quitted all of those (parkour and freerun) me and them only skateboard now but i still try to train becaus ei still have this park place and theres alot of thinmgs i can train on but it's not as good as tthe b-d site but thx fir the advices xD
