@coolgirlluvsupre Descole wanted to find some mystical archaeological treasure or power in Montdol, most likely the ruins Lando explored or the mask of miracle, but the mask was fake and he got what he needed from the ruins, what that is, I don't know. The guy with the glasses was brummel (english name yet to be confirmed) an inspector of Scotland Yard that has the ability to see through criminal tricks and deceit. He can work through Descole, so long as he can find him. They are now enemies.
