i downloaded this 2.40 firmware at around 12:03 am and it worked fine for me it went succesful for me i now have trophies i been playing supder star dust HD i have like about 12 trophies. i can now send message without quitting the game.

I can't say it is copying, us PS3 users wanted it. We specifically asked for the xmb to be available in the game, sony did it. Thats giving us what we want, not copying.

no, the origional psx controller didn't had rumble in it, maybe the later versions, but not the first versions, basicly, sony ripped off the rumble, do your homework better.

of course the original didnt have built in rumble but the 2nd version did..now they didnt copy nintendo as it was an addon nintendo did...sony made it built into the controller... i know quite alot of what sony has done on the console market and yeah i do hate their pc games "protection" shit...

nintendo just made sure that everybody could enjoy rumble, and didn't need to buy a new controller, basicly, i would be happy if they would made an add-on for my ps3 controller to add rumble, and yeah, sony's protection for cd's/games sucks

agree, they did copy but its something the ps3 wanted and needed. Now Microsoft will have to step it up. Copying isn't a bad thing it forces companies to make improvements to make there product stand out more.
