For of all...Beck you look great! Ok now to the food lol....This looks like a really awesome meal that both Joe and I would like...I could even leave the chicken out for and add more beans..Yum :)
Although I didn't get my surgery thanks to my worthless insurance... I still enjoy cooking these dishes simply because they taste great and are good for you!
don't mix things up. Go back to basics. Start the protein shakes again. followed by yogurt and no snacking. No fruit juices...no sodas, no alcohol. Eat lean meats very little. I hope this helps. .
Thanks very much. I'll work with the info. you have given me. I have never done shakes, because i don't see any low calorie ones here. I was just thinking today of gettting some slim fast which is the lowest calorie count one. I want to cut out the snacking for sure for now. i don't do sodas and alcohols period. Thanks so much.
