Most home machines don't reach 195°F or do reach that after beginning brewing at lower temp say like 180°F.
Even the highly rated Technivorm that does get the temp right does just la la to OK job saturating all the grounds. So I just use either Chemex(for 3 persons or more) or Hario V60(for 1-2 persons) to brew coffee. It's also much easier to keep them clean than an auto drip.
