@MrCitizenaction for further info, kashmir was a kingdom. in 1948 this kingdom joined with India and immedietly Pakistan invaded and took over the western and some northern part.(POK). india meanwhile had control of the rest. so pakistan was not a part of india until it was joined in 1948. to this day Pakistan still occupies the western and northern kashmir. the ladakh region was either given away by the pakis to china or the chinese just invaded and took it over.

As a Pakistani, I´ve been planning to insh´Allah visit India one day as I find the different cultures over there very interesting and I´ve always believed that the common Indians would be nice ppl.
