I never understood why they had to have them flirt. The characters in the book never would've fell in love with each other. Caspian marries Lilliandil in the end of The Voyage of the Dawn Treader and knows she's the one. No offense to Suspian fans, but I just thought this was really unneeded. Susan was meant for someone else and so was Caspian.
