I would like to know if anyone has tested Bill's information. He sounds very credible, but I have listened to many credible sounding gurus who are full of shit. Has anyone made this work in the court? If so can you somehow inform me of what went on? I am completely aware that the courts operate in fraud, but can we do something about it? Please respond if you have evidence of victory...not some horseshit story.
@mozartgenetics I have personally used my bag of tricks which is largely based upon Bill's teachings and won my and a friends case for misdemeanor charges but it's not easy and requires a lot of ....ah...transformation... in your perspective and ability to challenge authority. See court role play. The judge's job is to make you feel good about getting taken advantage of and there is no 'law' going on in the courts. The criminal side seems more honest than the civil/family law side.
The CD he mentions is part of what he gives out at his seminar. The good news is...it is a complete recording of all his information at his web site 1215(dot)ORG. So just go there an find what he is showing from his laptop.
@fonsidream I've issued half a dozen contempt of court charges against judges and clerks, and it has the same effect as Bill's did- not much. I have never seen any response to my filings. I have seen a couple of reversals by judges responding to my orders to vacate court orders. In a Bankruptcy case the fed judge reversed his ruling after a 'writ of error' vacated his ruling. In an order for psych eval I got the judge to vacate it, while the DA was protesting I go to jail for contempt.

@fonsidream what bill is talking about only works if you have set up your court under the common law which is a in depth process. Abd when you set it up right you can do what he is talking about. You can't do it if you are the defendant you can only do it if you are the plaintiff. so learn how to be the plaintiff in a court of record then you can do what he is talking about if not you can't

If I may say, what I understood in Bill's case was, he used his sovereign rights to negotiate and used his authority to punish his employee (judge) for contempt of paid duties or as a creditor in conflict.
Does that matter, whether Mr. Bill was the defendant or plaintiff, as long as he was the employer?
How difficult is it for a sovereign people to choose common law?
