is not a single CD with the 3 versions, is a CD for change NTSC to PAL. or PAL to NTSC, but u must put CTR disc after.

I think u can buy it , but it have only the 0:10 until 0:48 after I put NTSC-J and this software make it PAL-J.

Yes, The CD is NTSC, but I only use the option for PAL, so I have my Save Game.

Therefore if you change a NTSC-U game to make it PAL format, Penta is still slow, and STP works. But jumps are 23, which is better for blizzard bluff and a few other tracks. Is that correct ?

So now, does this CD work if your PSX isn't modified ? Does it work on a PS2 (not modified) ? And can it change a PAL game to NTSC format ?....

Penta is slow yes, and STP works, and jumps are 23, and is better for blizard, ngin labs, slide coliseum.

And about the modifieds I donk know, search on google " iplight.bin " and get more information, I only tested in my ps1, ( sometims NTSC-J doent work in my PS1) but with this option always work.

U can change PAL to NTSC yes. but if u do that, in CTR the screen go down, like Pardiez, Djamctr, Amaraticando.

The image position is moved to down, and u cant see the bar of turbos.

And yes I never get the Real PAL version in any place on internet, because any european, copy it and upload it never -.-

I like this video BTW. If I understand correctly, this is the explanation why, in South American hacked NTSC+PAL version (the mission completed sir version) both PAL and NTSC have 26 jumps : they are both NTSC format, but "PAL" is the PAL gameplay(fast penta, other graphics) in NTSC format. And the height of the jumps depends of the format, it's not something that the game creators have thought of.

no no, the version that u talk, PAL jump 0.23 when u press X button. And yeah it depend of the format, is a bug that creators dont know.

When u press Circle u got 0.26 jumps and faster penta, and is equivalent to ntsc-j, the only mistake is that u can´t see the turbo bar because the screen go to down.

I have made a video with it when I was Qwerty "polar pass lap 37.41."

If you use a strange BIOS, you can have strange glitches on the game. Remember the video of damnarghhh that showed his run in Crash Cove, on Time Trial Mode, but with invisible Relic Race boxes?

Why is the music slower ? Everything is slower in fact, except the clock and speed of the kart.

BTW: in the NTSC+PAL version (the mission completed sir version) when u select NTSC, is very faster the music. is a glitch but it doenst change anything to the game.

NO. u must insert your CD of CTR when say :" insert a game CD" but this one works for all PS1 games.

That's one of the reasons I won't play PSone games again.

The results in a game like CB3W would be horrible...

This explains PAL-M and other "glitches"...
