Can somebody explain to me how to kill the girls in purple? They dodge everything and jump on your back if you don't face them. If I have to fight 2 of them at once, I lose well over half my life. I swing at them and watch every 7th swing connect, it's retarded.

@MasteryMan836 I think you are referring to The Two Thrones, it is the game just after this one, and the third in the 'Sands of Time' trilogy. Gameplay-wise it is very much the same as this one (SPOILER ALERT) In it you transform between a 'Light Prince' and a 'Dark Prince'... But (SPOILER ALERT) you may be thinking of the latter half of this game, where you get a mask that allows you to transform into the 'Wraith Prince'

I really love this game, the storyline is so dark, and the soundtrack made me discover Godsmack, and ever since, I've been a metalhead :P.

SOT was ok, but TT was shit, I mean the vizier looked like a golden butterfly after stabbing himself with the dagger. Also, in SOT and TT he fought heroically to reverse the damage done by the sands, and so to save a lot of people, but in WW he fights purely for himself, for survival, which made the story as dark as it is:D

@Shezmu This game is awesome IMO. In sot, the movement was kinda "slow motion", although it was also a great game. I liked the trilogy, but the 2008 and forgotten sands are just plain awfull. They tried to bring some fresh air with 2008, ppl didnt like and they thought.... lets change the 2008 skins (& more) to look like the older prince, being the gameplay pure sh*t.

I did welcome the improvements of the combat system, however I don't like how you can't kill enemies like instantly with mechanical knowledge like you could in the first game. The degree of backtracking present in game were also annoying and the almost complete loss of story relative to the last game was also disappointing.

As for the rest of the series, I don't really have any experience with them so I can't really comment on them, though I will say that the VA for the prince is *the* voice of the prince as far as I'm concerned.

Anyway, perhaps "instant kill" is a bit of an exaggeration, but in the first game, you could kill all but two of the enemies in the game by either walljumping over them -> attack -> retrieve, counter retrieving, wallattack -> retrieve, dagger freeze -> attack -> and retrieve once the enemy's out of freeze and on the ground, and much more.

@Shezmu - Other than dagger freeze, the enemies had different things at didn't work on them or had less of a chance of working on them. Being a ninja gaiden black fan, I find it rather rewarding when enemies who are hard to kill due to their skill can killed quickly if the player is good enough.

@lMarksmanl VGA is same as Graphics card... right when u buy a graphics card it comes with driver cd's that driver installs ,Graphics card ,Control center,DirectX 9 or 10 or 11. if u have The Control center u will be able to control the way ur graphics is u can control Anti-aliasing some times if u put anti aliasing very high some times make ur game lag but 2x anti aliasing is good... but what i have is XFX ati hd 5450.. if u want more help pm
