a full bottle of water hit me in the back of the head and drenched me, my instant reaction was to get revenge and chuck something back... i picked a condom off the floor and chucked it infront of me and it landed right on some other girls cheek 4-5 people infront of me hahahahaha!!

someone pissed in a bottle and chucked it right near us n all, just saw all the piss spilling out over the crowd as it flew through the air hahaa

I went along for Ladyhawke, got stuck on the bridge! as morons with no tickets just stood on the bridge in mass hundreds and stopped anyone with tickets from getting thru, it was a joke! everyone was told in the end to get off the bridge as it was getting dangerous with mass over crowding and crushing going on, people with and without tickets. Gutted I was :(

In response to me saying something "very very stupid" I don't see how you can blame me for stuff happening on monday evening when I played first on sunday. None of this happened when i was watching Imelda May, White Lies, Human League, Wombats etc. on sunday night. I only said it as someone was heckling at the front, I think it's pretty unfair to blame me for this. You gonna blame me for the fences getting ripped down too? And when it happens at Leeds Fest too? My bad...

the best bottle war I ever saw was the Distillers at Leeds Festival in about 2003 or 2004. It was like hailstones (but bigger) - people were scrambling about on the floor searching for rubbish to throw, much much worse than Evo (as fun as it was!)

Crikey sorry I did not mean it in a nasty way :) hope it does not read like that. I mean it in a fun way, it was not like people were hurt etc.. it was a fun time from what I could see, everyone was having a laff and it made it very memorable thats for sure, and as the first act up the first afternoon you set a superb tone for that day.

Maybe my word of stupid was pretty wrong. Sorry for that. And yes you had nothing at all to do with the day 2 Bottle Wars :)

Naaa it's my fault mate, I was hungover and read too much into the wording, no offence taken, besides it was a laugh! Funniest thing that happened all weekend was when the singer of the next band came out and said "can you not throw things at us" - THAT my friend is the stupidest thing to possibly say!!! Shoe incoming!!!

Yup I did see some lone shoes down the front, who throws a shoe haha unless they had a few pairs for the day, or they were desperate to get involved.

I even saw a few sets of sun glasses tossed at the stage, one landed in front of me they were cheap looking, they could have chucked something more classy.

the list of stuff i saw was : bottles (numerous); squashed cans (like ninja stars, bastards), a teddy bear (??); some gloves; some socks; a hat; some haribo (lots of haribo!!); a solitary Wham bar (thank you, i like them ta); a pork pie; a shoe (the second was thrown at the next band); about £2.25 in change; and a ham sandwich (I'm vegetarian - egg and cress next time fuckers!)

Oh the bottles with liquid ran out after a few minutes thats for sure, but down on the floor in front of the barrier they security was kicking them under the stage as soon as they went down on the floor, a few were not water in them water bottles thats for sure :D I cannot imagine have pee on my head and having to stand there for hours haha

Glad to see some people were in among it, the security were not happy at all haha I was on the barriers and heard them talking a lot and shaking their heads. It was esspecially funny to see them try to stop it and some of them got pelted with bottles :D one security guy got hit in the face ohh how I chuckled.
