He's doing this glitch like this: Before they patched this glitch away, Teleport was a debuff. And as we all know debuff is something bad, right? so the summoner spell "Cleanse" removes any debuff on your character. that makes you teleport instantly when using cleanse when teleporting. Shame they patched it.
