I have no idea where you get those numbers from. But I can tell you, that around 300.000 - 320.000 danish kroner is about awerage for public paid workers, so this means, that 58.2% af people in Kokkedal has 375.000 danish kroner p.a. That is not very much higher than the rest of the society. And The last 42.8%? THEY probably live in Egedalsvænge or Byengen WHICH ARE ghettos, since it has a large concentration of unemployed foreign workers. and these scenes are all recorded in Egedalsvænge.
I'm not calling this whole city one big ghetto, I'm calling the area, where this was recorded, a ghetto. And you can't argue, that Egedalsvænge isn't a ghetto.
I'm not sure whether you dislike or likes the foreign workers and this city. The house prices is actually lower than many other places in the country, so it is not a non-ghetto because it has houses. And when you say "a ghetto" you mean a specific area in a city often filled with unemployed foreign workers.
