You know, I think your views would be better if you merged the segments together. I know that it's a bit of work, but it would really increase the continuity. Making it a more fluid run. Just a thought.
1) I upload segments as I go along, just in case there is a consensus that one must be redone, I don't have to figure that out much later.
2) There is a certain value to having the segments seperate, both aesthetically and practically (easier to find what part you are looking for, descriptions not horribly long)
3) Saving already breaks up the fluidity, merging won't help much
4) Segments are often so long that I could combine 3 at most, usually less
