In Europe the price for it actually starts at 106 Euro, that means that if it was for sale in the US it could be as cheap as $106 without a contract, thus $99 is a reasonable price to expect in the US without contract, for example one of the pre-paid carriers might pick it up, like MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile or the like.

@16110ana its a great phone ! works very well also keep you data off but when you want to use it turn it on beacause if you keep it on it drains the battery quickly. i got mine from WIND and i love it! it does lagg but you can fix it by downloading Go Launcher Pro there are over 10,000,000 downloads for it! i reccomend you buy it!
