Hey there, i jus checked out the song, Nightmare by Avenged Sevenfold. Hmm...somehow cant seems to dig in Avenged Sevenfold songs. How abt we try a Metallica song? i have been wanting to try cover Sad But True or Enter Sandman. =)

Washy hi-hats during the chorus, u mean? Noted. Was caught up with alot of work in office lately till late, and not enuff time to memorize the full song. Only managed to memorize the 1st half. =)

@SingaporeDrummerBoy yea open em up. like open instead of closed. and dude common its not abt memorizing the song! its just abt playing what you feel like serious i listen to the song 1 time and i jam to it unless its a reall hard song

one question, do u have a double base pedal? if u dont are u going to get 1?

Yes, i just bought my double base pedals already. Just tat for this song, it is not needed. However, i had alot of fun using the Toe-Heel technique for double bass kicks, on 2 instances in this song, 1 is at the starting, and 1 is during the 2nd verse, as my pedal is those longer foot-board cos i have big foot. haha
