I hate verizon so much i know each company sucks in their own way in customer service but verizon has got to be the worst i went from t-mobile to at&t to verizon then back to at&t then back to t-mobile because they are the cheapest and i have an unlocked iphone with them which is fine because im not really paying them much at least in my opinion but im stick with t-mobile because its the cheapest

Reception varies depending on where you are at. All Cell phone com[anies have weak areas...but what really sucks about Verizon is that they keep coming with half ass sucky phones and then charge up the ass with evey little features you need from the phone. At least ATT have quality phone like the Iphone and charges you for the same amount of fees or less.

I had at&t for a while 2002 to 2005 and my customer service experience was actually pretty crappy. I understand my situation was probably just an isolated incident . it wasnt the response in this video.. AT&T has beeter service than VERIZON if that makes u feel better haha. plus the CSR's now at at&t ive noticed are now helpfull. but i dont usually have any problems with ATT or verizon ..to be honest and serious
