Well in Russian it does sound like "Robin Good" (Робин Гуд). I really was confused with that when I was little. XD

@Aest1ru That's because the russian alfabet does not contain the 'H', so they replace western words with a 'H' with an 'G'.

However it's still rather confusing because there is an "H" sound in Russian and we still replace "H" with "G" in the beginning of words for some reason. XD

@Aest1ru well, i'm not sure exactly why they do that but wouldn't it sound weird right now if they suddenly changed it from Robin 'Good' to Robin hood? I think that THAT would sound weird.

In russian it sounds like Robin Good, because we don't have a word "Hood" that could be used for him. :) Makes more sense actually :)
