I wasn't able to get above an F following this walkthrough because every time I tried using the pizza cutter on the worm thing, it hurt the patient and reset my bonus multiplier.  I used the lighter when it jumped out at me and that seemed to work, I got an A that way.

@Starguy256 he's doin that to make the bug dizzy. if you didnt do that, the bug wont stop squirming closely and your patient's health will go down faster.

okay so i'm on the second to last one, with the parasite, i just want to know HOWWW do you get that thing out, or kill it!!! it won't let me cut, burn, chainsaw, zap, nothing! someone please tell me how! message it to me, or reply to this if you have ANY clue at all.

@clarinetist111 when the worm pops out use the pizza cutter in circles in the center of the mouth, then the worm gets stars around the head, take the srynge and use it OVER one EYE, then chainsaw the centipedes, do the same with the other 2 eyes at the end first chainsaw the three centipedes and srynge the infections and the use vacuum cleaner to suck all. or pay more atention to the tools used in the video.. a tip is to increase to 300 the pulse at the beggining =)

@amoergosum3 another way to get an A is to leave the infections for last, so they grow and you can suck up a lot more pus for a MUCH higher chain
