Transportation of horses to slaughter petition delivered to European Parliament

they ask the question why are inflicting so much pain and suffering onto the horses.

answer:

because we are human, and humans are evil. look at the world. we do the same thing to dogs in countries where they are eaten. Even in the USA dogs are treated like shit, not eaten, but still neglected abused etc.

my pony was saved from slaughter, and i signed the petition, i don't understand why horses need to be slaughtered for the benefit of tourists. a lot of people think that talented horses and ponies aren't sent, but me and my pony have qualified for two national finals, and are points league, junior points and 1.10m champions at our riding club, i don't get their point. i never will. it is great what WHW are doing, although i feel a bit ashamed of people who ride in the UK - are 1.5 bn of us!

That is an awful way to travel, sadly compared to how US horses are shipped that would be considered a lux box. US horses are shipped in cattle trailers which are double decker trailers that are cattle sized no where near horse sized
