well, i haven't tried it personally, but its plugin that are applied on OS boot. Try alternating OS Files. Make sure the publishers are legit first tho, cuz a mistake may brick your touchpad :)
where do we get webosqickinstal 4.2.3 , this is that software you used on the PC to work on taplet setting.. also how can i get it to read arabic as arabic letters does not show correctly.
I installed drivers the only thing that comes up is themes and even that doesn't let me hit install on the video you already have preware were did u get that from I really want to overclocc this touchpad it be moving so slow
Ok so what i will suggest that you click the little globe. Let the firmware update, then try clicking re-install Novacom Drivers. The tablet will need to be restarted, and you can restart the PC as well for good measure. Make sure you do NOT click USB drive or anything once you connect your tablet, ONLY connect and thats it, don't touch the prompt.

I tried running the webOS quick install but it gets stuck on a black screen with a picture of a palm cell. It takes me to the menu if i dont have the device connected. I got sold a demo HP touchpad and im trying to get apps on it. Can you think of any reason this is happening?
Whhaaat? Dont place association with any other files. Simply run the .jar file i included below with Java App Software and run it on your PC. Connect your Tablet and you should be good to go. I really isn't that complex.

Ok, first of all, lets make sure you installed the Device driver quickinstall needs to recognize your tablet.
Once thats done, make sure quickinstall is recognizing your Tablet, and is finding it properly.
If you are having recognition problems between the PC and Tablet, restart both the Tablet and PC you are using.

OH FUCK thats bad man return it, HP created Demo units specifically NOT FOR RESALE. Where i work, when scanned through the item comes up at $9 999.99
Like we can't even sell them. They are stuck in demo reels with locked down OS's. Return it and see what you can do man..
