Had to watch it twice to get the full flavour of the bean... but even then, I'm not clear on everything. The Gov't needs to do a better job explaining the pluses and up side of adopting the HST.
There must be an easier way to explain it so your average Ontarian can understand it CLEARLY. Still not clear on how it makes our goods cheaper in the global marketplace? To us it still seems like a cash grab.
If we understand it better, maybe we can swallow it easier...

I have just laid off 2 of my employee's. More of the businesses I know are going UNDERGROUND.

okay, so we get a 13 percent tax. we get a 10 percent raise on hydro bills. and 9 percent increase on gas.
