KCLO4/AL Is the most stable. Always mix using the diaper method. I usually hear people only make 5-10g at once. I think if you have a clean, hazard free station and you have some common sense you can make as much as you want. Just make sure to stay away from liquid, heat, friction, and static charge. It may sound very dangerous but like i said before if you have the proper place its safe. Remember to wear gloves because KCLO4 can be absorbed into your fingers.
