Who hasn't had a good laugh after thier kitty goes 100mph onto a slick floor and wipes out. My kitty Scooter did his daily pyscho kitty routine and misjudged his speed when he hit the kitchen floor....he did a half a loop, hit the sliding glass door and then went full tilt towards the other side of the house doing this gutteral vocalization.

They weren't exactly chased. My Dad got them all together at the end of the passage (which they weren't all that happy about), then let them go and did a bit of hissing and whatnot. My sister was supposed to stand to the right so that they didn't go that way. She did a bit more than just stand there, with the result that you see her arms and legs waving around in the video.

This was the second time we put the cats through this. The first time the cats were sent down the hall before I actually had the camera rolling. It was originally only meant to be one shot for a completely different project. It's no longer possible to re-film this (at least not with the same cats). Only one is ours: the other two were being "cat-sat" far friends, and one of them has since run away (I claim no responsibility)! Yes, given the chance (and better equipment) I'd love to re-film this.

It was actually a setup. My Dad had them all together at one end of the hall (which they wouldn't have been too happy about). He gave them a bit of a fright. My sister was standing to the right to stop them from going that way (although she wasn't meant to be waving her arms and legs around). The video was originally intended for a music video which never really got any further. Now it goes to Chariots of Fire instead!
