Which ones the main overflow? the one without the air line tubing right or the one without?
I get how you'd start the "siphon" with the tubing one but what about the one without it? How do you get the "siphon" to start on the one without the tubing or does it just kinda fall down the pipe :S
@gprime22 I am thinking about this also, and what I am guessing is that once the sump piping on the main overflow gets submerged in water it starts a siphon?
Just learned the system today from justin (jk47) a mod on Mfk, will try this with a tank tht has overflow. Thanks for sharing.

What sort of tubing is this? Have you had any issues with it wearing due to salt exposure or leeching out chemicals?

What are the dimensions of the external overflow? What size PVC are you using for the drain pipes?

@1997LT1Camaro its just pressure in the pipes and gravity :D got this on my 120g tank and it work amazin.

im not gonna have the sanitary tee on my emergency stand pipe either for the sake of saving space
my question to you is witch size bulkheads did u go with. and what size flex. pvc is that u have there
looks like if u keep that open channel stapepipe exit submerged ur set up would be silent, why dont u?
