Setting up midi controlled effects in Logic 8

oh, a quick question please - is it possible to mute the audio channel in some way without affecting the signal from the MIDI controlled AU Instrument channel?

there is still a question how to do midi controller effects in multiple use , lets say you wanna also use some sugarbytes effectrix or wow filter or artlilery on that same vocal as a second midi controller insert , ...now what ? and third etc .... kind of interesting and more complicated huh ...

any guru's in the house here with a solution ? please reply ! this is a serieus request .

You are my damn hero man, you just changed my life, or at least I want to believe so, I couldn't find anything when searching over the net and here even better you are showing exactly what I wanted to know on youtube. yes i have my logic synths hooked up so if needs be i can route it out and back in via my banshee talkbox :D

Great Tut...if there only were a way to emulate a talkbox virtually... ;-(

Vocoders are much less usable than talkboxes, you know..
